Surgery is performed under local anesthesia, and IV sedation is included on every full-arch case — you'll feel deeply relaxed, and most patients have little or no memory of the procedure. If you'd rather be completely asleep, general anesthesia administered by a licensed CRNA is available as an optional add-on. Post-op discomfort is typically mild and managed with ibuprofen.

Three separate visits, not one day. First: your free consult and 3D CT scan — often the same week you call. Surgery day is scheduled separately (typically a few weeks later) — that's when extractions and implant surgery happen, and you walk out that day with secure new teeth. 3–6 months after surgery, your final zirconia teeth are delivered once the implants have healed with your jawbone.

A general dentist completes 4 years of dental school. A periodontist completes those 4 years plus a 3-year specialty residency focused on bone, gums, and implant surgery — the structures that make or break a long-term implant. In most cases, dental insurance doesn't fully cover full-mouth implant work — that's an industry reality, not unique to us. Some plans contribute toward extractions, periodontal treatment, or imaging. The price we quote is the same with or without insurance — we don't inflate costs around it.

Implants are permanent surgery — bone you remove can't be put back, and poorly done implant work can fail years later (usually after the warranty expires).
